Rated SGF Film Festival

Rated SGF Film Festival debuted in March 2018 with the intent of creating an authentic experience between audience and storytellers for the Springfield community. The festival selects winners ahead of time, curating films that earn the “Rated SGF” stamp of approval. We reserve this rating for the best films that challenge assumptions and expectations, much like our underrated Midwest city. Each screening features a local performer, at least one film and a Q&A with someone from the film afterwards.
