Join us for a staple outdoor adventure in the warmer weather months as we learn the basics of Stand Up Paddle Boarding while doing pilates. We will head over to Bull Shoals Lake for a couple hours of refreshing stand up paddle boarding (SUP) that will leave you wanting more and so happy to welcome summer again!
Pilates on the paddleboard is a unique challenge. Initially, your core is challenged just for you to stand on the board - adding the balance challenge of the board only makes the Pilates SUP board workout more challenging, more interesting, and more fun! This a beginner friendly outing. We will supply all equipment and have a dockside tutorial from a local professional before enjoying this unique sport. SUP offers a different way to play on the water while you get a full-body workout.
After a morning out on the water we will head over to Bear Creek Winery for some tasting and live music. Relax on their amazing deck and share stories with new friends. Return home feeling refreshed and excited for more summer adventures ahead of you!
