Urban Roots is teaming up with health coach Allison Schwartz to offer you a fresh perspective on healthy living in 2019! We are offering a 6-week meal-based box of veggies running January 1st through February 5th. Included each week will be 2 recipes with 6-9 different fresh vegetables that the recipes have been built around, as well as other tips and encouragement on keeping yourself healthy!

Veggie boxes will be available for pickup at the farm every Tuesday starting January 1st and running through February 5th. Inside you will find 6-9 fresh vegetables grown at Urban Roots Farm that will be the base for 2 separate nutritious meals. Holistic Health Coach, Allison Schwartz will be including recipes with easy instructions to turn these gorgeous vegetables into something delicious, and also encouraging thoughts and tips for treating yourself well.

Cost is $150 for this 6 week share and includes one meal-based box of veggies each week to be picked up at Urban Roots Farm (delivery options available).

Urban Roots Farm is a Certified Naturally Grown four-season urban vegetable farm located in downtown Springfield Missouri. Owners Adam and Melissa Millsap have worked the 1.7 acre farm since 2010, growing vegetables year round using natural and sustainable techniques. Farm Manager, Alyssa Hughes has contributed to fulfilling their vision for the farm since 2013.

Allison Schwartz is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, working with women to reframe beliefs around health and create a lifestyle of healing through one-on-one coaching. She is passionate about helping people discover their own version of healthy based on their unique bio-individuality and wellness journey. She loves spending time at home with her husband and three littles sipping coffee and flipping through cookbooks.
