This class will introduce you to the equipment and ingredients needed to make great wine at home. We will be covering equipment, sanitation, ingredients, fermentation, bottling, procedures, techniques and plenty of good, practical advice from an experienced winemaker! Hands on demonstration lets you see the process from beginning to end while the small, informal class setting ensures you get all your questions answered. This is the perfect class for beginner wine makers. Approximately 3 hour class. Light snacks and refreshments will be available.
