Today's adventure is the perfect day exploring the Ozarks. We will start our journey at Roaring River Park, located in a narrow valley surrounded by a gorgeous rugged landscape. After the hike we will warm up with stories, laughter and great craft beer at Hungry Hollow Brewery.

Today's adventure is the perfect day exploring the Ozarks. We will start our journey at Roaring River Park, located in a narrow valley surrounded by a gorgeous rugged landscape. The drive to the trailhead alone is a site to see in this beautiful State Park. We will take our time seeing the park before and after the hike stopping at sites such as the fish hatchery and spring fed cave. We will hike around 4 miles with an elevation change of 500 ft. The landscape will not disappoint you! We will hike through dense woodlands, open dolomite glades, springs and streams.

After the hike we will warm up with stories, laughter and great craft beer. Hungry Hollow Brewing is a wood fired steamed brewhouse in the heart of the Ozarks. Come for the beer, but stay for the setting and people. Sample the beer and snacks before we head back to Springfield.
