During this 2 hour all-level workshop we will build the foundations for handstand stability by conditioning proper technique & body shaping. You will learn to build your own progression pathway as we gain strength and confidence in our backbends & other poses that increase overall flexibility. This workshop will be full of helpful tools to create beautiful body lines in movement.
This workshop is open to all levels - whether you want to learn how to begin your handstand journey or want to expand your training to blocks and handstand canes.
