Cooking with Wine!
The monthly class series is back again in May, and we'll be featuring Ravioli! Expect ravioli toasted, boiled, baked, and sauteed, along with several different wines to sample with each recipe. Our Wine Rep, Clint, will be back to share all of the background information on each of his wine selections, along with his extensive high-end wine knowledge. You never know what will happen at these classes, but you can bet that it will be delicious!
