- Kansas City Whiskey- corn/rye aged in American oak barrels and finished with Oloroso Sherry
- Midwestern Premium Vodka- 100% Wheat, distilled in Kansas City, Mo
- Midwestern Dry Gin- recipe formulated and distilled by Tom Nichol (4 decades as Tanqueray) and distilled in Kansas City.
- Caffé Amaro- a bitter Italian style liqueur distilled in Kansas City rested on Coffee Beans roasted by Thou Mayest (KCMO) and Barrel Aged.
